East Peoria moves closer to finalizing long-range comprehensive plan

East Peoria city leaders are making progress on developing and adopting a long-range comprehensive plan. The city council held a 30-minute work session on the 2045 comprehensive plan immediately before Tuesday’s regularly scheduled meeting.
